I ended up getting popcorn chicken and 2 flatbread raps on Thursday at 4:30 - 4:45, at drive through window, store closed inside because of covid 19. The popcorn chicken had strange deep fryer minty or chemical taste to it. Sat in my stomache all night, made me very ill thought I was going to die this morning, almost had to call 911 because of repository problems due to acid, had severe internal bleeding in stomach, had so much stomach acid heart burn that I almost sufucated, because stomache problem caused me severe breathing problems, had nervous system pain, and chills all last night, had heart burn so bad, nausia,I was afraid to puke because of suffucation from acid, this morning puked lil bit almost completely suffucated, then puked up everything, and severe amount of blood, I was in agony everyone be careful eating here. I felt like it was life threatening and could have killed me. Not sure if it is food poisen or chemical poisen from deep fryer oil, because fryer oil did not taste right in chicken.
I didn't ate the chicken until I got home, and I went to bed around 9 and got sick some hours later. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills, Muscle Spasms
