Food Safety Report: KFC.

9 years ago reported by user-kqfk6114 business

KFC

125-139 Queen Street, Cardiff, CF10 2BJ Wales, United Kingdom

I am writing this on behalf of my partner, Rhys.

Myself and Rhys were attending the Wales v France 6 Nations game last night at the Principally Stadium in Cardiff. Prior to the game we both decided that we were quite hungry and decided to get some food on the way to the stadium from KFC. I had a wicked zinger meal (my usual) and Rhys decided to try something new, the Mighty Bucket for one.

Approximately half an hour since leaving KFC, Rhys was complaining of abdominal pains and feeling sick. Just before the first half of the game ended, Rhys decided he needed to go to the toilet where he stayed for about 15 minutes projectile vomiting.

This is the point where we both figured that the best thing to do was to go home, meaning a waste of £80 a head tickets.

Throughout the train ride home, Rhys was sat by the doors in the footwell where he continued to be sick. Onlookers looked on in disgust and I felt embarrassed and humiliated as people questioned me and when I suggested that this wasn't drink related as we both had not had a drink, and only food from KFC, somehow this wasn't very convincing and they continued to doubt the facts that I was providing.

I have been up all night with Rhys who has been vomiting and back and forth the toilet every so often.

I regularly eat at this restaurant and have never had a problem before, but I can assure you we will not be eating there again after this incident. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
