I ate there on Nov. 30th 2017 for lunch. We were in Phoenix for some Dr. appointments. Within an hour and a half, I became violently ill. And spent the majority of our second appointment running in and out of the restroom. I was unable to drive so my sister drove me back across town. It took 2 hrs to get from downtown PHX to north PHX at the i17 & 101 crossing, because we kept having to stop every couple of miles to use the restroom. I ended up stopping at a target for over an hr because I couldn't leave the bathroom stall. I even had to buy some adult briefs to be able to go back out to the car. I was so ill, that I couldn't drive myself home that evening. I ended up having to rent a hotel room to stay the night. It was an aweful, wretched night. I had diarrhea, cramping, vomiting, chills, fever, and was passing large amounts of blood in my stools. It took me till the next morning at noon to be able to leave and attempt to drive home to Flagstaff. When I finally got home, I was cramping and nauseous and weak for annother 2 days. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Weakness, Chills, Cramps
