Around 10:00pm on the 22nd of December of 2015 I went to KFC to buy the family meal with 12 pieces of chicken and 3 sides. I had about two pieces of chicken and a bowl of potatoes. One day later I got really sick constantly throwing up feeling awful I went to the hospital because I felt so bad. I was dehydrated and needed iv fluids. The only place where I would have gotten food poisoning was from the KFC fast food restaurant on 4916 north division Spokane WA. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
