I visited Pietermaritzburg for business. I went out for lunch at KFC and bought some pops. For supper I ate with two friends at home. The next morning after 04h00 I had cramps and was nausea. There after I started with diarrhea. I wnet to Hilton Life Hospital. None of my friends was sick or had any symptoms. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Cramps
