I consumed a Trilogy Box meal in the restaurant at about 12 yesterday lunchtime. At around 5pm the same day the symptoms started, aching, lack of energy. Within another hour I had Dihorea and projective vomiting which lasted until 4am. I have honestly never felt so ill in my life. I have had to take the day off work to recover which resulted in cancelled meetings and scheduled training. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache
