I ate 4 pieces of chicken from a box. 6 hours later I had severe back and stomach pain and then vomited for 6 hours as well as having diarrhoea. I ate at about 8pm. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
