I am absolutely disgusted with yet another one of my staff coming down with food poisoning. Myself 2 months ago had the exact same experience after eating from this particular kfc in Cirencester. I just rang and spoke to the manager (Mattis) and told me that I will be reporting them to environmental health. It’s vile. This kfc must be closed down and revamped and put proper staff in there that know what hygiene is. This has happened 3 times now and by the looks of your ratings online I am not the only one. Something must be done ASAP.
