Suspected food poisoning. Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Headache
Suspected source: KFC nuggets and chizza with a blackberry lemonade
Onset: Right away
Duration: other: Started at 4pm and still have symptoms and it's 8:39pm
Sick: Me
Additional information: Around 3 pm I ordered the chizza and 5 piece nuggets. Ate the nuggets first and then I ate one of the chizzas, About 10-15 mins later stomach started cramping and hurting and hasn't stop yet. Even throwing up. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Headache
