Food Safety Report - KFC, Exmouth England

My parents ate food from the exmouth branch today ( 7.9.25) and both are currently violently ill, with vomiting and diarrhea, stomach cramps and generally off colour .
The only thing they are today was food from this branch , both parents were feeling absolutely well until a few hours after eating your chicken .
My parents are in their 70's and are really not well ....
They would like answers , they have some left over chicken which they took back home to their fridge, so we WILL be getting this analyzed.
Food poisoning is serious and won't be taken lightly . | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps
