Twice in 3 weeks I have had the same meal. Fillet box meal with sweetcorn side. (On my dinner break at work)

1st Time I put it down to winter vomiting bug!
Exact same symptoms after around 36 hours.. stomach pain, diarrhea general discomfort!
I can't pin it down to anything else as other family members are absolutely fine. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Stomach Pain
