I ate 3 pieces of dark meat which happened to be the only meal that I had eaten today and approx 2 hrs after I felt nausea, chills and approx 4 hrs later I vomited it all up . | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills
