I am writing to raise a very serious concern regarding an order I recently placed from your KFC Hanworth, Hampton Road branch. I purchased food as a takeaway gift for my elderly parents, both in their 70s. Unfortunately, shortly after eating the meal, they both suffered from severe nausea, diarrhoea, vomiting, and an extremely uncomfortable, sleepless night.Given their age, this experience has hit them very hard and caused considerable distress. What was intended as a kind gesture has instead become a deeply worrying incident that has put their health at risk. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
