I ordered a fillet tower meal today about 12.30. I felt fine before and hadn't ate anything before it. I felt stomach pains about an hour after and have had diarrhea. Then I was being violently sick and I feel dizzy as though I'm going to pass out. My family are fine, this is not a bug. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Dizziness
