Ordered a classic chicken sandwich at 11am, severe stomach pains with vomiting and diarrhea at 5pm. I ate nothing else between that time period. Pain was so bad I had to go to ER, 2 days later I am much better but still have diarrhea. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
