I went to this location at around 5:30pm on 2/17. I noticed trash in the front, lids, paper, and a lady carrying out trash bags but did not pick up trash on ground, I used the men's restroom, it was disgusting!!! Broken tiles, stained urinals, I should have left, I ordered the K-10 big box. I went home, felt fine till around 2 am, a lot of gas followed by diarea at first solid, then like water, no sooner than I had that going on, I felt dizzy, then I threw up, dry heaves at first, then nasty acidic taste and smell...this lasted till 5am on and off, I've been ok, just weak the last 5 hours. Thank God it's a holiday or I would be outta wirk. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Gas, Dizziness, Weakness
