Ate ultimate box with wicked wings at 1.30. By 4.00 i had severe nausea and began vomiting. This got worse and progressed to fever, chills and diahorrea. Has taken over 24 hours to feel normal again. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills

Unlikely to be the wicked wings if they were fully cooked. It was probably something you ate previously - it can take weeks for you to get sick after eating contaminated food. To get sick that quickly there needs to have been a toxin present. These symptoms sound more like an infection which takes time for the symptoms to develop.
