I ate out there yesterday lunchtime, I felt fine most of the day. Around 3:30am this morning I woke up with painful stomach cramps. I tried to go to the toilet, however while sitting on the toilet I started to feel hot and fuzzy from the pain and passed out and landed on my face on the floor and was found by my mum. For around 3/4 hours I was up and down using the toilet while holding an ice pack on my head.  I can provide images of my bruise and receipt  | Symptoms: Cramps, Other
