After eating at around 20:00 I lay down and got up at 4 o'clock with diarrhea nausea fever 39 and very severe headache, was in the toilet at least 4-5 times today due to bowel movements | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Headache
