Additional information: Had a meal around 1400 (M3 meal sprite and fried chicken and mushroom rice.) only thing ingested for the past 24 hours. . Felt it was weird taste So didnt finish meal. Especially the chicken from the meal. had symptoms of nausea until 1530 then vomit around 500 mL. Then at 1900 vomit another 500 mL. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Fever, Stomach Pain, Chills, Headache, Indigestion
