Very bad diarrhea I can't even keep down water really bad burps that smell horrible nauseate it and vomitingand my stomach hurts terribly every time I get up I have to go to the restroom I can't keep food or water down The symptoms started the next morning I couldn't get up it was very bad very wheat I can hear my stomach making loud noises bad taste in my mouth bad burping I'm constantly going to the bathroom and diarrhea I can't keep anything down the first thing that came out was that chicken is horrible pain | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Burping
