Food was eaten yesterday afternoon. I still have diarrhoea now. Temp last night. No sleep last night., Not sure. I ate nothing else yesterday other than this, so can be no other cause. I ate 1 fillet tower burger & 3 pieces of original chicken. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever
