KFC Bucket Illness Report - KFC, Semporna Sabah

We bought Family bucket on Monday 21.01.2019. Within a few hours, we started to feel unwell. Some of us started to get a fever, chills, had severe diarrhea and vomiting. Doctor confirmed that it is in fact food poisoning. I have lodged the complaint to KFC Malaysia. The branch manager called me the next day. He informed there is some issue on the chicken quality before. For this they have installed water filter system to wash away the bacteria during cleaning process. He promised to visit the outlet by this week to have a further investigation. We have always enjoyed at your restaurant KFC in every where. But the severity of the food poisoning caused my family members terrible suffering and a high medical bill. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills
