Bought 2 piece variety meal on the Tuesday was in hospital by the Thursday on a drip! I had awful diarrhoea with blood! still suffering now with diarrhoea. I was projectile vomiting awful headache was dehydrated be very cautious eating from here. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Headache, Dehydration
