I bought a trilogy box meal last night around 7.30pm didnt think anything of it, never really check the food before I eat it as just trust it to be safe especially when it’s in a burger I can’t start pulling it apart. I woke up at 2 in the morning with severe cramping in my stomach, ran to the toilet threw up and then it just didn’t stop from both ends all night up and down like a yo-yo. This morning I am aching and a mess But not been sick or the other so I’m pretty sure it was food poisoning, I didnt eat anything else that could of caused this. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Other, Cramps
