I purchased a pulled chicked burger meal at 17.00 and by 23:00 I was vomiting for 15 minutes at the side of the motorway, during the time leading up to this item had become extremely fatigued and feverish and also very bloated expelling large amounts of gas. Prior to this the only other thing I had eaten was a bowl of shredded wheat. The extreme tiredness and fever persisted and I was forced to pull over several times for fear of losing control of my van. | Symptoms: Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Gas, Bloating
