My partner got food here on Thursday evening (31/03). Within a couple of hours he had bad cramps which kept him up all night and by the next day he had diarrhea and a really high temperature. That evening he was in such agony he couldn't move and vomited, so I had to call 111 who ended up sending an ambulance. He was still in pain taking codeine every 4 hours for a few days and has only just got back to normal a week later. He hadn't been anywhere else all week and I didn't eat with him and was fine so we have no doubt he got food poisoning. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps, Fever
