- comments: leaking pipe under one compartment sink in the kitchen. Additional hot water is required to handwashing sink in the kitchen. Repair issues

53. Toilet facilities: properly constructed, supplied, & cleaned
- comments: individual receptacles mounted on wall of washroom in each stall, lids were removed or broken off. Some receptacles are missing from stall.

54. Garbage & refuse properly disposed; facilities maintained
- comments: we observed outside both garbage containers overflowing with black garbage bags,lids not able to close. Instructed to remove garbage, so lids able to close with tight fit. Have additional pick-up priority foundation violation:7-38-020(b)
