I bought a box of 16 kinder chocolates and ate two early this morning at around 7 am. I went back to bed and at around 10 am I woke up with extreme abdominal pain. It was so bad that I felt like crying. I tried to lie down but it wasn't getting any better so I ran to the toilet. I eventually managed to have a bowel movement, which was very painful & I had diarrhoea. | Symptoms: Diarrhea
