Cockroach infestation. The restaurant had received an 87/B on a Nov. 10 inspection and asked the health department to return for a rescore. The inspector found a dozen live roaches on kitchen equipment and one in a restroom, as well as two egg sacs and numerous dead roaches. There were also dried rodent droppings in a storage area and near the front counter.
