May 5, 2022:My 4 year old stated that his stomach hurt. Within 5 minutes, he projectile vomited in a restaurant before we even sat down. There was no fever, no additional vomiting. The next morning, my 6 year old woke up fine, felt fine, but as soon as I dropped him off at school, he also randomly vomited. He vomited at least 5 more times this day. No diarrhea. He seems stable but has not tried solid foods since his last vomit a few hours ago. Prior to this - approximately a week prior, my 6 year old complained of a very painful belly during the evening. He later vomited and had diarrhea over night. He only had 1 additional diarrhea a day or so later. He also ran a low-grade fever. It took him a few days to get his color and energy back up...and then he was sick again May 6, the morning after his brother puked in public. I can't find a link regarding food, so I just thought I would post in case. I did throw out kinder joy candy after Easter when I read about the recall. | Symptoms: Vomiting, Diarrhea, Fever, Stomach Pain
