I ate Big Monster from Aswan branch in Egypt and from last night diarrhea and stomach pain. After 5 hours of eating the sandwich, diarrhea and stomach pain started. Although I got Flagyl 500, the pain has not changed | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain
