My 9 year old began vomiting two hours before we were due to leave the hotel, which was all inclusive. Terrible abdominal pain. We spend most of the time in the disabled toilet prior to leaving for the airport and he was sick again in the minibus en route. On return home to the Uk Our dr confirmed food poisoning. We have visited at this hotel for many years and had no issues before but this year standards have dropped in all areas and clearly food hygiene appears to be an issue. Another English guest also got food poisoning while we were there | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
