Had a bi bam bap hotplate February 7th 2024 at Korea House, 666 Bloor Street West (near Christie station ). Had severe food poisoning onset in about 1-2 hours and full blown symptoms 4-5 hours later. Bloating, vomit with blue liquid and bloody bile (majority of it was bile as i had not eaten much of the dish), nausea,diarrhea, fever, headache and severe neck, chest, throat, back pain. My face was burning and cheeks red the day after, lips bright pink (I am a poc, my face has never been that red/pink in my life), almost as if there was a rash all over my face. Felt like burns/blister were starting to form on my face. When the nausea, vomiting and fever stopped I was still in much pain, and there is still blood in my stool 2 days later. After some research and speaking with others who have experienced food poisoning, my symptoms are consistent with the presence of boric acid or illegal amounts of Brilliant Blue FCF. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Headache, Bloating, Bile, Chest Pain, Skin Rash
