I ate the salad rice for lunch with black rice, chicken and kochi sauce. Eight hours later I fell violently ill with cramping, vomiting and horrid diarrhea every 20 minutes for the next 12 hours. After 12 hours everything stopped and I spent the next 3 days in bed recovering my strength and hydrating. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps
