Tuna Gimbap Illness ER - Kosoo Korean Restaurant, Vancouver British Columbia

ordered the tuna gimbap, received my food through uber. within 30-40 minutes of ingesting i thought i was having a panic attack but nothing would relieve my symptoms. i felt horribly nauseous. after about an hour and a half i vomited twice. i was shaky and flushed.
i haven’t thrown up in 12 years and was terrified. after an hour the shakiness had not resolved so i went to the er. ended up spending 13-14 hours there, vomited some more and developed diarrhea.

i never vomit. and the only things coming up were the tuna gimbap. i felt better once i had expelled it out of system.

currently crying in bed, terrified to ever eat again. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
