Tuesday, 8/1/23 Possible cross contamination While it may be consumer error, the staff doesn’t remind you that you’re at a risk of food poison due to cross-contamination with the use of utensils on raw food, and then used again with other foods. The restaurant in itself is a great concept; bad idea. Even the safest eater, like myself, can accidentally cross-contaminate their own food when at this restaurant. You’re easily distracted. | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea, Diarrhea
