Two days ago I ordered a Frito salad with no tomatoes and added ranch. Felt queezy shortly after eating. Next two days, fever, vomiting and diarrhea. Feels like a punch in the kidneys as well. Maybe test your lettuce and beef. Ranch possible too.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever
