Odd Smell, GF Mac & Cheese - Kraft, Georgetown Texas

I made a box of Kraft Gluten Free Mac and Cheese last night. The cheese packet smelled strange. It smelled like powdered vitamins! I really wanted mac n cheese, though, and thought it would be okay. The expiration date was Nov 22. It was darker in color than normal. I ate a few bites and realized it was too nasty to eat. This morning the diarrhea started.
