Tuna Sandwich Triggers Illness - Kraftwich, Singapore

I ate a tuna sandwich and a tiramisu for lunch on Monday, by 12am I was in agonizing stomach cramp and explosive diarrhea. After that vomiting and fever started, along with whole body aching. 3 days later and the fever and aching have gone but I am still nauseous with occasional vomiting but with awful explosive diarrhea. The only other thing I ate that day was a curry puff from old chang kee but the timescale would not have added up so I can only conclude it was from what I ate at kraftwich | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Body Ache
