Got donuts at 6:30 am after 12 hour shift. Did not offer fresh donuts (we saw fresh ones being glazed). No gloves just a tissue paper picking up the donuts from the holes. Same day, 8 hours later vomited twice with black chunks. (Ate nothing black or much food that day) Feeling sick all day today. Lethargic, no energy, no appetite, dehydration. (Same Day) | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Dehydration, Loss of Appetite
