Ate a Cobb Ranch Salad and Chicken Thighs. Horrible Pain in Adominal Area through my back, Vomiting everything, Diarrhea, Fever Nausea. The Doctor said it caused Pancreatitis. I couldn't move the cramps were so horrible, started vomiting and couldn't hold down water for 3+ days. My friend got sick too | Symptoms: Fever, Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
