My son (age 10) ate the first serving of a previously unopened box of lucky charms (dry, WITHOUT MILK) and shortly after became ill. Within 30 minutes he began experiencing stomach pain and violently vomiting multiple times. 4 hours later, he is weak, dizzy, nauseous, and running a low grade fever, with compliant of moderate-severe headache. He was the only one in the home to consume this product; no other household members or classmates are ill; no other new foods or changes have been made to his diet. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Something else, Stomach Pain, Fever, Headache
