I ate the Beef Stroganoff around 4:00 p.m. and by 6:00 p.m. my stomach was topsy-turvy. By 7:30 p.m. I was so nauseaous, began vomiting and having diarrhea at the same time. This continued for two days and was so weak had to go to the ER. Found to have a fever of 103 was dehydrated. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Weakness
