My stomach hurts and I been throwing up and I got diarrhea from eating the Kroger cupcake, I ate a Kroger cupcake and an hour later I started to throw up and kept running back and forth to the bathroom and I was tired and lethargic and my mom felt bad for me because I was throwing up nonstop and every part of my body hurts | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
