Intense Stomach Pain Post-Meal - Kung Pao Wok, Regina Saskatchewan

I went to the mall and ate lunch at Kung pao wok on Saturday April 14th. I woke up in the middle of the night (not sure of time) with intense stomach pain. After a while I ran to the bathroom and had diarrhea, nausea, chills, very pale skin and instant sweating. I tried going back to sleep but kept waking up to go to the bathroom.
