I ate spaghetti carbonara and a good 1.5 hours later the chills set in. I'm usually a very good eater, but I couldn't even eat that small portion that day.
Now I've only been lying in bed and on the toilet for several days, completely weak, every movement hurts. My stool is just water too, it's not normal. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache
