The MAPAQ, in collaboration with Fromagerie La Bourgade inc., located at 818, boulevard Frontenac Est, in Thetford Mines, is recalling THE COMMUNE - LITTLE SPIKES because the product contains sesame without it being mentioned on the label. This product was offered for sale until May 25, 2023, in several establishments in the Chaudière-Appalaches region. No case of allergic reaction associated with the consumption of this product has been reported to MAPAQ to date.The recalled product is:
- La COMMUNE - Spicy petits, 50g and 200g, Units sold until May 25, 2023, The product label included, in addition to its name, the words 'LA BOURGADE FROMAGERIE'.
This warning applies only to people who suffer from a sesame allergy. Additionally, affected individuals who have this product in their possession are advised not to consume it. They must return it to the establishment where they bought it or throw it away.
