E. Coli He ate the beef fajitas Saturday the 10th around 7 pm. By 7 am the next day he was sick with severe diarrhea and vomiting. He has been in and out of the hospital three times in the past week and is still ill. The hospital tested for and confirmed ecoli poisoning.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
