Went out to eat on a dinner date with my wife at a new restaurant that just opened....ordered a chicken entree with vegetables, rice and beans at around 3:30 pm yesterday....we went to movie after eating and then back home....starting feeling nauseous and my stomach started churning followed by several trips to the restroom mainly to pass stool for the rest of the night....after calling the restaurant to inform them today, went to the hospital to seek treatment due stomach irritation, clammy skin and some chills. Currently receiving an IV with medicine and hydration. | Symptoms: Chills
